![]() | Crescent BEACH ASSOCIATION |
Crescent Beach Association (CBA) was established over 50 years ago by a group of visionary neighbors in Crescent Woods, the neighborhood surrounding Shore Road. Membership to CBA is not a deeded right, as the association was not established when the neighborhood was built. Instead, membership is by subscription. A subscription remains with the property when sold, and owners must continue to pay annual dues to maintain subscription to the beach association or risk forfeiture. Only subscribed households have voting rights in the association and may serve on the board of trustees. A limited number of annual temporary memberships are granted for unsubscribed households within the bounds of the Crescent Beach Association. Membership in CBA gives you access to Lake Champlain from a flat, sandy beach with bathrooms, a clubhouse, communal chairs, umbrellas, and toys, and a grill so you can cook out with a great view of the Adirondacks. The swimming area slopes gradually, making it ideal for every age. Members are entitled to launch and store non-motorized boats, like kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, and small sailboats. It’s a great place to relax and recreate, and it’s also a wonderful way to get to know your neighbors as everyone works together to make the beach run smoothly. If you have questions about CBA, please direct general inquiries to info@crescentbeachassociation.org. We will make sure the inquiry goes to the right person.
